This 8” “K tip” chef knife combines Japanese blade geometry with a Western-style handle, giving it the best of both worlds. The blade is 3/32” S35VN, with a polished tumbled finish hardened to 60 Rc. The handle is available in micarta or G-10 and has hidden pins to give the handle a clean and refined style.
